Aerobic exercise & resistance training is recommended for managing blood pressure. Interestingly new studies have shown isometric resistance exercises like static wall squats & planks are particularly effective for lowering blood pressure!

The foundations of this structure are held together by the good people who have been involved with the clinic over the last decade.
