Cancellation Policy
Please note, any non-attended appointment without notification, cancelled or rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will result in an invoice being sent for 50% of the consultation fee plus GST. Thank you for your co-operation.
Our practitioners are registered to treat WorkSafe, DVA, Medicare CDMP, Comcare, NDIS, TAC, HCF More For Backs, BUPA Members First Chiropractic, Telehealth & Home Visit patients (for an additional $38 on top of the above fees).
No GP referral is required to see any of our allied health professionals other than under Medicare CDMP, Medicare Mental Health Plans, DVA, and WorkSafe for myotherapy & exercise physiology.
Chiropractic, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Psychology, Dietetics and Myotherapy are covered by private health insurance “extras” policies. We offer HICAPS facilities to instantly claim this rebate, saving you time and effort. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, Bankcard and EFTPOS. Some private health funds are accepting claims and payments electronically with a digital membership card or Medipass.
